Diyaa began in 2020 as a small online shop in Dubai with a simple idea: lighting, electrical supplies and tools with clear specifications and listed prices, delivered to your door without fuss. Today we choose every product ourselves and write its wattage, light colour, size and use on its page.
How we choose what we sell
We try the lights ourselves so we can describe their output and colour as they really look, and we check that sizes match what is common in UAE homes: E27 bulb bases, 86 mm switch boxes and British plugs. We choose tools for home use, light and easy to store.
Delivery and warranty
We deliver across the UAE within 1–3 working days, cover lights and tools with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults, and accept returns within 14 days for unused items in their box.
Kits and bulk orders
We prepare the home maintenance kit for individuals, and sell the new home kit to property developers and property managers from 5 kits with a card in their name. Customer service is open daily from 09:00 to 21:00.
