Delivery, returns and warranty

We deliver across the UAE within 1–3 working days for AED 20, free on orders over AED 300.

An item can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if it is unused and in its original box. If it arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace it at no charge.

The lights and tools in the kit carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
