An item can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if it is unused and in its original box. If it arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace it at no charge.
A 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults: send us a photo of the product and the order number, and we replace or repair it at no charge.
