Before delivery
Use the “Delivery notes” box at checkout for anything that helps the driver: the building, the floor and the nearest landmark, or the time that suits you. Ladders and cable rolls come with the same order at no extra charge.
Returns and exchanges
- An item can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original box.
- Arrived damaged or not what you ordered? Send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace it at no charge or refund you in full, delivery included.
- Opened cable rolls and installed products can only be returned if they have a manufacturing fault.
- Company orders can be changed but not cancelled once the cards with the company name are printed.
Warranty
Lights and tools are covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing faults. Send us a photo of the product and the order number, and we replace or repair it at no charge.
Payment and refunds
Pay in cash or by card on delivery; prices include 5% VAT. We refund the way you paid within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
